- Cash-on-delivery is only available for clients from Germany and the Netherlands.
- Deliveries to Germany & EU are only shipped by DHL-Deutsche Post, to the Netherlands by TNT-Post.
- Self-pickup is only possible during our pickup-times: Tue., Wed. & Thu. 15 - 17h and Sat. 13 - 14h (further information see below).
Netherlands (TNT-Post)
The shipping charges for deliveries to the Netherlands (TNT-Post) amount to 7.99 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. In case of cash-on-delivery deliveries, additional COD charges (5.90 €) will be charged.
Deliveries to the Netherlands are from forwarding expenses freely from an order value of 120.00 euros.
Order before fourteen o'clock and TNT-Post is going to deliver the order the next day (except products which are not on stock).
Prices are included 19% VAT.
Belgium
Shipping charges for deliveries to DHL zone 2 (Belgium) amount to 12.95 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. Cash-on-delivery is not possible.
Attention: No Shipping of media (CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, etc.) to Belgium. Self-pickup is possible (see below).
Wholesalers and retailers are self responsible for paying taxes in Belgium (check www.auvibel.be for further informations).
Germany & EU (DHL-Deutsche Post)
Shipping charges for deliveries to DHL zone 1 (Germany) amount to 7.99 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. In case of cash-on-delivery deliveries, additional COD charges (4.65 € + 2.00 €; collected by the postman) will be charged.
Deliveries to Germany are from forwarding expenses freely from an order value of 120.00 euros.
Shipping charges for deliveries to DHL zone 2 (Denmark, Austria and Luxembourg) amount to 12.95 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. Cash-on-delivery to these countries are not possible.
Shipping charges for deliveries to DHL zone 3 (France (continent), Italy) amount to 14.95 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. Cash-on-delivery is not possible.
Shipping charges for deliveries to DHL zone 3 (Spain, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Irland, UK) amount to 18.95 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. Cash-on-delivery to these countries is not possible.
Shipping charges for deliveries to DHL zone 4 (Poland, Hungary) amount to 23,99 € per parcel up to 30 kgs. Cash-on-delivery is not possible.
Because of reasons of commercial law, we currently cannot deliver to all European countries.
All prices are included 19% VAT.
Self-pickup
- Unfortunately, self-pickup of Media products (CD, DVD...) is not possible for customers from Germany !
- Self-pickup is only possible during our pickup-times: Tue., Wed. & Thu. 15 - 17h and Sat. 13 - 14h.
- To arrange a scheduled pickup time outside of the regular pickup times please contact us by telephone (+49 2452 977080, Mo. - Fr. 10:00 - 12:00 o'clock) or by mail (sales@iwonatec.de).
- Self-pickup is free of charge, of course (no shipping costs).
- Unfortunately there is no possibility for self-pickup at a location in the Netherlands or Belgium and you have to pickup the commodities at our warehouse in Germany (IwonaTec GmbH, Stapper-Str. 36 - 38, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany).
